As each piece is bespoke I can't accept returns unless there is something seriously wrong or something arrives broken.

I pride myself in the quality and finish of my products so won't send anything out of the studio unless I am completely happy. However, if you are not happy with your order please call or email info@rebeccadeco.co.uk  07813 150554

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

These products should last a long time but should be treated with care:

CLEANING

Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth or newspaper & window cleaner

Please do NOT put them in the dishwasher! Yes this has happened!

STORING

When storing, keep all pieces out of direct sunlight 

Make sure they are dry before stacking

Store in a dry, room temperature environment

HOT ITEMS

Your tablemats, coasters and centre pieces will be fine with hot coffee/tea cups, warm plates and serving dishes from the oven

Not advised

Saucepans, pans, casserole dishes straight from the oven or hob.  The glass is not toughened but if you would like toughened glass please ask (it will be more expensive)
